WARNING!
Unless you are a United States Marine, you must consume food before and during your enjoyment of the following.
6oz of frozen Lime Aid concentrate. Do not mix … just take the 6oz. and dump it in a blender
6oz. of your favorite tequila
6oz. of beer (pilsners or “light” beers work best)
3oz. of really cheap white wine
Add ice and blend (Taste great “on the rocks”. However, keep in mind that they are a little more powerful given the lack of blended ice)
DO NOT handle firearms, fly airplanes or operate machinery heavier than your blender. To that, after three pitchers I sincerely recommend that you don't operate anything that runs on electricity. After five pitchers, you will be functionally illiterate.
DO NOT make any attempt to sing or dance because you will look pathetically stupid doing such.
DO NOT call me for bail money. :P
Good luck.

I am honored by the name!!
Beer and white wine? Where in the world did ya come up with this??
I will try them this weekend using Red Stripe.
Thanks!!!
-
um beer and whine in a margarita mix?
what did you run out of the hard stuff or something?
-
Anything with a 666 combo + 3 can't be good, especially with power tools involved. ::)
The hangover recipe is as follows,,,
1/2 glass of club soda
1 large can of V-8
1 raw egg
1 beer
1/2 tsp. gunpowder (not kidding), helps filter the alcohol, especially tekillya'. :P
Texas Pete to taste
mix and drink with a Goody Powder, for those up north, a Tylenol or Excedrin maximum strength will work.
It really works. 4 out of 5 of my professional rowdy friends (including myself prior to marriage :P) vouch for this recipe.
If you need a cab to get to the bathroom, STOP!
-
Please put some Triple-Sec in that Margarita too!
-

Using a lager like Red Stripe will have the same effect BUT ... need to warn you ... the color of the Margarita will be a little weird. Find a light colored pilsner or any "light" beer and they will look like normal 'rita's and have the same effect. Another key is “cheap white wine”. Something like a Chablis with a screw on top.
Where did I come up with this? It was one night of drinking in Wisconsin. Like they say ... one night in Madison, is like a week in any other place. These are known in Austin, Scottsdale, Chicago and Mad-Town as RonDogaRitas.
They will go down smooth. IF you have had enough to eat, you will feel fine and wake up feeling the same. You may even try licking the bottom of your blender for breakfast. However, IF you don't have enough "ballast" or food in you ... you will curse the day you were born. If it is a full moon, legend has it you will become a werewolf.

I love an AR too....but if there's a crowd coming you might wanna consider some flechettes. If you've never been introduced to them they are most cool. I wonder what they'd do in a Serbu Shorty?

So if there's no party, what do I do with this plane ticket? ???
-
There is always a party or the quick organizing of one at my place, Dude! ;D
-
Curries you are a lucky and blessed man, I certainly would have all manners in check, after all I wouldn't want you to make a phone call and have an "accidental smart bomb" hit my house. Those zippy combat fighters go from Fl. to NC in what 12 to 18 minutes? :o
I just want to bring some BBQ, and I'll take one for the team,...... please. ;)
Its summer time, my sister lives in Lake Mary, just North of Orlando. 4th of July is coming, SC sells the "real" fireworks, I can bring the whole Star Spangled Event too. ;D
-
Illegal in Florida.
That's a shame.
-
I'd drive for good BBQ. Hell, I'll grab some tequila, a guitar and a cat too!

Or, we can wait for the SHOT Show in Orlando next year (not that we can get in) and push it up then AND get MB to buy the drinks! Best tastin' beer in the world is a free beer!

Why not? All it takes is an FFL and a C&R FFL03 only costs $30.00.
-
Alright,..... MB has to get us "backstage passes" to the SHOT show, or the party is at HIS house.

I have a state tax ID for my business and an FFL03 so I can't see why I would not be allowed in. Heck it says a business card will do!
-
Soo.....Orlando next year. Let's see, if we don't do the usual Christmas thing that ends up in the closet unused...and if I increase my witholding to hide a few $'s....it could happen, it could just happen. Is it like in February or something? This is something that could happen......
And, with the politics the way it is the show could get a lot smaller after this. Sounds more like a got to happen rather than a could happen.

Yup. www.bigdogammo.com Click on the "Online Catalog" bar on the left and search in the ammo. Sometimes they run out of things but if you keep coming back I've eventually found what I wanted. Fun stuff on old cars, etc.
I'm thinking it's called Flame Thrower now....but they have flash bang's, door entry, etc., etc.

Just as long as you warn her to eat before drinking! For some reason ... and not to sound too sexist ... this is especially true with the women-folk that consume this tasty beverage.
Now, if you find a woman that is immune to tequila ... you are in for a fun night!
-
Just don't feed her the chili and then have her dump this chemical bomb on top of it. Dangerous...very dangerous
-
I believe the sober part! ;D Wait blow in to my machine and lets see the BAL.

Mr. J,
I, once again, must take umbrage with your choice of words. Fun???? Speaking from experience, the tequila immune female will be unforgettable, but fun? That is a different story. All I know for sure is that I don't remember and people were shooting me funny looks for quite some time.

Saw a tequila immune female set fire to a 1984 Camaro in Ft. Lauderdale over her "boyfriend". Talk about girl gone wild! :o
She threw the Cuervo at the car right when the Fire Dept. showed up.
Something I won't forget. ::)
Be afraid,,,,,be very afraid..... Of a tequila immune female!
I'm sure Marshal'ette likes something more mellow like whiskey. 8)

Naw. Back in 1987, I once met a drop dead gorgeous lady that was completely immune to tequila and a lesbian. After some Cuervo's Family Reserve (comes in a box and the bottle has a wax top ... hmmmm good), I was able to straighten her out for a couple of hours. ;)
Here’s the secret. Now, I know I shouldn’t be telling you all this BUT since you asked, here’s what you got to do.
When you find that rare woman that is immune to tequila, you have to make sure that leather whips are securely locked up and that you have NO CANDELS in sight. This is very important … unless you do want your butt kicked and a bad ass Brazilian wax job. :o

Check that. It wasn't Cuervo Family Reserve. It was Montezuma. Really cheap stuff ... and it worked without the revenge! The "good stuff" came a few years later and it involved my wife, a fire pit and a full moon.

It always the dreaded full moon! I have a lot of experience with this Phenomenon!

I am a new member and just read this forum. Glad I joined. I am a Marine, love tequila, beer, guns and horses. Seeing the recipe reminds me of the saying about ruining good whiskey by mixing with coke. Since I live somewhat close to the Mexican border I can get good tequila. If you can find El Jimador, Tequila Reposada, get it, better than Cuervo any day. Also try Tequila Sauza. Mexico does not export it's really good tequila. Those two are cheaper than Cuervo.
The recipe sounds interesting but having tried so many different combinations, I'll pass and let the young ones try it. I like my tequila straight, no lime or salt (with good tequila you don't need them). Also like my Crown Royal, straight, no mixing.
My horse's name is Azteca. My Ar's name is "Hillary" and my burro's name is "Slick Willy". I wonder if I am insulting my burro.
No longer lean and mean but still all Marine.

The 4th is coming up quickly. My favorite cocktail begins with nine bushels of corn and two bushels of rye. Soak one bushel each of of corn and rye and start the sprouting process ... is this forum public ... after adding a little fresh fruit to the bottom of each jar you will have a cocktail appealing to the taste of anyone.

Welcome Desert Marine!
I agree with the tequila advice. I drink my alcohol "neat" but every now and then a margarita hits the spot.
-
Hello Desert Marine, welcome and thank you for your service to this country. No other forum is quite like this one, and you are among some of the finest on any forum
I like my Crown on the rocks. had to give up tequila in the 90's. Something in the agave effects my DNA, 8)
I don't think your insulting your burro, he probably is more loyal, trustworthy, and has more class. ;D
-
Well DM, you are as welcome here as a hot buttered biscuit at breakfast. Glad to have another vet. Plenty of VERY smart people here(I'm not on the list, but I love to learn) who are always eager to greet and talk about dern near anything worth your attention. Your Burro, Slick Willie, do you need to kind of keep an eye on him sometimes, to keep him in line? Then he is properly named. Welcome.
Mac.
-
Thanks RonJ and Twyacht and DDMack.
That is true about the burro being more loyal than Slick Willy. No girls around so I don't have to worry about him. He sure is noisy around feeding time.
I have slowed down on the shooting. Do mainly rifles in .270, .308, 300WSM and AR. Pistols in .357 and 1911. And of course .22's, Rugers, semi-auto pistol and 10-22. Used to do a lot of 22-250 and .223 in heavy varmit rifles but going for light rifles now and tactical type AR's.

Welcome.
Mac.
Don't you believe that BS about him not being on the list ;D Semper Fi and welcome
-
yeah Tom.. you took the words right out of my mouth..
He's just being modest.
DDMack is HIGH on my list of the intellectual ladder. Along with a whole lot of others on here.
Welcome.. nice to have you hangin' out with us. :)

Only thing scarier is the Airman/PFC/2LT/ENS saying "I've done this a 1000 times. What could go wrong?"

I am amazed no one has brought this up.
The worst thing in my mind that one could hear is Haz saying "I got an idea!" ;D ;D ;D

Ksail,
You want to have fun. Look at a thread from some months back where M'ette said she was going to the lake for the weekend and we were supposed to be good.
I can't remember the name of the thread and it may have started on another topic (imagine that, a thread going off topic around here ::) ) but it was FUN. M'ette put a couple of us in the dog house.
I of course, was completely innocent! (http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/teufel/devil-smiley-019.gif)

Shooter,
Not sure about the BBQ as we have been getting good rains here every day. May make another pot o chilie and of course Hazaritas (Hat tip to Ron ;D ).
Bought a bunch of fireworks (gound stuff). The neighbors come over and set up chairs in the yard to watch HazJr and 'the boys' set it all off (usually takes an hour or more!)
-
Haz,
cool and rain, a pot of chilie and lots of Hazaritas :D :D how could that go wrong.
it's been in the 90's here in Colorado, and drier than a popcorn fart ;D
but it makes the cold ones go down nice and easy!!
-
Shooter,
Rain yes, cool - NO. Upper 80 to low 90 and humidity at 75 - 85%!
Step outside and you look like you just stepped out of the shower, soaking wet from sweat.
-
You have to do a thread,"4th of July with Haz"
He can't, that pesky self incrimination thing ;D
drier than a popcorn fart
The only other person I EVER heard use that phrase was my Dad

Tom,
He, Haz does bring out the devil in us all.. ;D
My old man used to say it, just kind a stuck I guess.

The problem that Haz can't overcome is some of us read the St. Pete papers and have spies in the area. Every move is monotored, and if he doesn't confess up front, the articles will become Forum front page news. EVEN THAT does not inhibit his irrepressible attraction to mischief. Those like me, that only faintly recall youthful walks on the wild side, look forward to these great holidays so that HAZCAT can share his adventures. Have a good one friend!
Mac.
ps. I just bought a new blender! The old one fell over. :'( And couldn't get up! ;)
-
Mac,
The best blender to buy is a Hamilton like they use at good bars. It has off low and high. No pulse or frape' or other BS. Costs a bit but will last forever! (voice of experience speaking ;D )
And as to your 'family spy', you have my address. If she and her beau would like, they are invited to hang out with us.
-
You know, I kept the receipt on that multi-everything blender, and you are right. I just never hung out in good bars. Hamilton it is. You only live once, and I'm on the short end of that fuse.
Thanks for the offer and I'll pass it on to the daughter. She is, as we speak, moving to new digs and fighting a new Florida roach infestation. Still in St. Pete though. She's a lifer I think.
The bail guarantee stands if needed, but just for you and Jr. The rest are on their own.
Mac.

+1
That's what we use. They hold up and are so simple my chocolate lab can (and I think he has) use it.
Then again, if want the "high octane" version, do the ritas on the rocks.
Hey Haz ... if you are going to do anything wild or insane this weekend, I would suggest you get a "Haz-Cam" and have a live feed.
-
So not only do you want me to incriminate myself you want it on vid??
Some friend you are!
;D
-
Mac,
Here it is.

Of course shop for the best price.
Mine is 12 years old. I paid 90.00 for it. Looks a little different but I'm sure it's just a 'style' thing.

Well, the chilie takes a while to 'kick in' so I'm not sure about that part. (http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/lachen/laughing-smiley-011.gif)

I have a $30 Christmas gift card from some family member for Beds, Brassieres, & Bottoms, or some such thing??. I'll bet they have a Hamilton with my name on it. I'll let you know what happens.

With all the blender talk you should check out the videos at www.willitblend.com (http://www.willitblend.com). I believe they are a bit more expensive but if you ever need to "get rid of the evidence"... The mind reels.
P.S. the Video's are funny
