The power of the Democrat Party has been broken & beaten back to the-end-of Civil War levels.
THIS IS WHAT AN ACTUAL LANDSLIDE LOOKS LIKE.
Republicans control 67 of 98 partisan chambers in the states.
Democrats control 31 of 98 partisan chambers in the states.
Republicans have 34 Governors.
Democrats have 16 Governors.
Republicans control both chambers in 32 states.
Democrats control both chambers in 13 states.
Republicans have both the Legislature and Governor's office in 24 states.
Democrats have both the Legislature and Governor's office in 6 states.
Republicans have 1,089 state Senate seats.
Democrats have 823 state Senate seats.
Republicans have 3,029 state house seats.
Democrats have 2,340 state House seats.
Republicans Control the US House of Representatives with 239 seats.
Republicans control the US Senate with 51 seats.
Republicans control the White House.
In 8 years, Dems have surrendered almost 1,200 elected positions at the Federal, State, and local levels.

39 red states
Almost a 4:1 ratio.

Factor in Supreme Court appointments, and this election is even more profound for the Republicans. We most definitely have a lot to cheer about.

Make no mistake. We have won A battle but the war has just started. IMHO Now we need to start pounding on our congress critters to move forward with PRO-GUN legislation. We need to be pushing forward on laws to get rid of the crap that has been shoved down our throats for the last couple of decades. While Obummer damaged this country a LOT he was not alone and indeed had a lot of help from quite a few RINO's. Now is the time to organize for what we will be able to do starting January of 2017. The hearing protection act is a good start. Getting some good Supreme Court justices is even better. But we do need to keep the momentum going. Let the "rain" run down the liberals backs for a while.
