Title: Find your perfect Presidential Candidate.
Post by: JohnJacobH on September 27, 2007, 08:53:21 PM
First time I took this test it paired me with Businessman John Cox(91.30%), someone I did not know existed.

After I tweaked my answers to a high priority on the 2nd Amendment it paired me with Ron Paul (87.96%).

Tom Tancredo (86.96%), Fred Thompson(78.26%) and Duncan Hunter (73.91%) were in the top five both times.

It is on the Internet so you know it must be true!!

Best regards to all

Matched me with Fred 93%  Rooty 90% every one else 82 and below.   WILL NOT vote for Rooty so it's Fred all the way.

What POSSIBLE combination of answers could you give to get Thompson at 93 and Rooty at 90?? On mine Rooty is
just a few clicks above John Edwards and only 20 points ahead of Hillary Clinton.

Take it again a few more times, see if the matches stay the same.

The only issue I did not completely understand the first two times  was "Net Neutrality" When I researched it I realized I had
never heard it described that way.

Best regards,

John: How had you heard Net Neutering, I mean Neutrality, described? By another term? Or not at all? Just curious.

Pretty close to Hunter, then Tancredo, then Thompson.  Hunter isn't going anywhere, Tancredo has said somethings I don't really care for, and I was planning on Thompson before so

I failed that test...top choice...Rudy with 72% and I don't even like the guy.  Freddy got a 57% and I don't even know who half the other people on the list even are.

I was paired with
Duncan Hunter (R) ..68.83%
whoops~~missed Fred by just a grab handle...

Tom Tancredo (R) - 63.64%
 Fred Thompson (R) - 63.64%
Mike Huckabee (R) - 61.04%

Ron Paul came in a low ball of 40.3%

But at least I didn't get paired with a stinkin' democrat!

Some variation of "pay-to-play". I heard rumors of a tiered system where priority would be given to telecom giants and ordinary
peasants would be on the low end of the food chain.

If you think about it we have that now- dial up users can not access stuff with the same efficacy as DSL, Satellite or Cable users.

Heck, I can not even figure how to format a DVD to upload to this site and of course, Mr. Bane has been "uptiered" to a premium
sports package on Time Warner Cable.

So, I suppose a certain stratification is inevitable.  Once Google co-operated with the Chinese Government to block politically incorrect Chinese sites, the Ministry of Truth is not far behind.

Best regards,

Net neutrality is the 1984 language coming out of DC these days. JJ is close to being spot on, only difference is that it applies to all forms of internet access. In other words if you have broadband, there will be tiers, and each one you pay more for. However, if you commit to spending huge dollars with an ISP, you will get better service than you or I could ever get. Right now we all allegedly have the same access speeds, although you can pay more for higher bandwidth like on DSL.

Where does the neutrality come in? Well, that is the 1984/DC talk for massive gummint interference to let their big business customers get the primo service, while the rest of us are left with whatever bandwidth we can get. It's "neutral" in that they won't interfere with their big business customers from getting but will interfere with us having equal access.

Get it? Neutral means interference.

Only in DC!
