Wishing everyone on the forum champagne wishes and caviar dreams for 2023, and hoping we see Michael Bane here on occasion.

Happy, healthy and hardy new year.

My only resolution is to be able to wish you all the same 12 months from now.

At least 2022 is gone.

2023 is new and bright and shiny.

Now watch some idjit come along and eff it up.

Happy New Year, my friends.

We sure have, Bill. Happy New Yew to you all.

I was going to say something like, at least..., but I know better than to say it out loud or it will probably happen. I learned that from my best friend. We're always asking him, why did you have to say anything? And telling him he should have kept his mouth shut. So, lesson learned, folks.

I hope this year is better for every one than last year.

I hope I can actually build a house this year.  Lots of changes for me in the last few years.  In a new state again.  Actively looking for a place here to call home.   Renting is so odd to me, but is by far the best way to figure out where I want to live.

Don't settle down until someplace feels like home... with room to build a house. I'm sure it's out there somewhere TAB, and I hope you find it soon.
