So in today's Shooting Wire, Paul Erhardt, Editor, the Outdoor Wire Digital Network, wrote an article with a Christmas wish list not for himself for others. Here's what he had to say about Marshall and Michael.
For Marshal Halloway it would be a truckload of audio-visual gear and related gadgetry for use in putting together a live streaming shooting match report to air on DownRange.tv. This is an ongoing wish that he, Michael Bane and I have talked about for the last decade or so. Now with the Outdoor Channel in the hands of new, more progressive-minded broadcasters the possibility of live event coverage, even if only online to start, is inching ever closer to becoming a reality. Plus, we all just want to see Bane on camera in a suit jacket like the guys covering a golf match, if for no other reason than to laugh at his inherent discomfort with conformity.

If it's not the 12/5 article look in the Archives
I should add that if Marshall, Michael or the OC need help, I've got a track record of setting up and maintaining TV studios and live streaming and would be glad to help. (11am on Sundays at MtBethel.org)

And don't forget live-blogging! :)

Michael Bane in a sports jacket doing color commentary would be awesome.
I'll volunteer to help as well if there is anything I can do. I do the camera, audio, or direct a live show on local tv show (that's also streamed) once a week.

I can reveal the fact that we are now testing equipment to cover events live, so the 2015 will have some live coverage, first one being during SHOT Show. More details to be announced later.

Is Teresa going to hog tie MB and drag him to a Perry Ellis store ?
That would make a heck of an opening broad cast ! ;D

If she will be involved, we need to find some sensor filter to test with the equipment... LOL

Knowing Michael, it would be bright red with flames on it.

Marshal, set her up with one of those chest-mounted rigs like some folks wear to record live action.
You can call it the "Boob-cam"....... ;D

What is this "sport jacket" thing...where can I get one???????

Wow, I think I used to have the one on the far right.
But mine was solid "powder blue".
Wore it with my green platform shoes, which were actually a lot more comfortable for walking than I ever expected. ;D
What a difference 1/3 of a century makes. ;D

I feel your pain Tom. I had the one on the far left in maroon. You remember maroon don't you? That is what we called burgundy in the 70's. I just saw a photo with that one. Not saying it had large lapels, but the USS Constitution could set new speed records using them in place of their sails.
