For Saiga 12 gauge fans, this IS a cool looking accessory;

But...but...

It's so evil and pretty dressed like this!

I've seen the bullpup stock for the Saiga AK as well. How hard is it to mod, to get the mag "behind" the trigger?

I like it's looks and the bullpup design, but, as one of the commenters mentioned, the 12's trigger pull is bad enough without adding a secondary activation system.

I'd like someone to range report the trigger before I go for one.

Not a fan of Bullpups.

It would be interesting to see it tried out in 3GUN.

Looks like the perfect thing for any starship trooper.

Do standard Saiga 12s do any good in 3GUN?

I don't know how they do in 3 gun, but I have heard that they rock for skeet.

having shot a few of them, they swing like shit.  They are very poorly balanced.

Acually, a bullpup shotty for room clearing work seems to make a certain amount of sense. Sort of like an SBR. Less chance of it geeting grabbed and a good stance while staying legal barrel wise. However, this is theory. Anyone actually used one?

I had a Mossberg bullpup. It was short but kind of heavy.

Yes, I remember the Mossy 500 bullpups, they resembled nothing so much as a suit case.

The good thing about it was that it fit through a doorway sideways. Mine was the 6-shot so it only had an 18-1/2 inch barrel.

Never noticed that....of course, I have mine mounted on a tripod   ;D ;D ;D

It is heavy, clumsy and ugly.

Mine is so ugly it wakes me up at night just sitting in my bedroom corner.

That bullpup design might fix clumsy and ugly.  Might make heavy less noticeable with better balance.

Probably won't help the stupid safety and probably will hurt the already disadvantaged trigger pull.

Best Saiga buildups in US.  Barrels available as short as 8".  Folding stocks.  I haven't seen Tony in a few months to know how long his waiting list is, but I might wrongly think it is down to 6 months.  .410 version for the women.

Except for not being able to carry one in a thigh holster, these folding stock short barrel Lead Delivery System shotguns trump the 2 shot short barrel pumps.

A lot of the Open guys love them, and win.  The mag change is MUCH faster than the tube loaders.  It's only legal for Open, which is why I won't get one.  I don't have the money to even get an entry level Open pistol just to compete with the Saiga.
