Title: 10/22 Episode
Post by: alfsauve on August 11, 2012, 09:15:10 AM
Good show.  Enjoyed the talk about what may have gone through Bill Ruger's thinking.  Loved seeing a few of the variations but would have loved to see more different configurations.

Loved the slo-mo shots and have a question about one shot.

About  9 minutes in, right after Pearcy talks about  using the gun for self defense, there's a prone shooter whose first shot looks about the size of a 12 gauge shot wad.  The next two projectiles look normal.  Was this just smoke from an an oily barrel?

I thought something was a little wierd about that shot myself. Like you said maybe just an oily barrel.
