Title: 1997 Report U.S. Arms Both Sides of Mexico Drug War

Found this 1997 report on U.S. guns to Mexico.   Running guns to Mexico is nothing new, it has been going on for centuries, but I found this report and although it is 12 years old, it sounds a lot like we are hearing now.
