I like her Patriotizm, but have to remember "The Godfather" in that - You keep your friends close and your enemies closer....Not all Muslims are here to kill us infidels...We have to find out who has an "attitude" toward us and who we can trust to get some info from.

I am certainly not in favor of discrimination because of someone's religion but she makes a very strong case. It seems like a rational decision to me. If a muslim is offended by this and feel its not fair then maybe they should start standing up with the rest of the civilized world and condemning this crap.

How does one go about determining someone elses religious preference?
Is there a muslim, christian or jewish ID card?
This marketing will appeal to the bubba crowd but it's in poor taste if we want gun owners seen as a positive force in the broader, mainstream spectrum.

I couldn't agree more. Her FFL allows her to discriminate against anyone she doesn't feel right about in regards to gun and ammunition sales, or firearms rental. That's the ATF's posture, not just hers.

The ban on felons having guns is not restricted to only previously violent felons, it applies to ALL felons .
How would you sort the "good" goat rapers from the potentially violent ones ?
Remember, the Muslim terrorist who shot all those people at Ft Hood was not only a college graduate and a medical professional, he was also a serving US Army officer. Who could possibly be more trust worthy than a Congressionally designated "Officer and Gentleman" ?
If you can't trust THAT Muslim, you can't trust any of them.
As for discriminating against a religion, Islam is not a religion, it is a socio/political system of goverment just like communism or feudalism, so discriminate away.
Besides, she can count on support from the SPCA . ;D

Who could possibly be more trust worthy than a Congressionally designated "Officer and Gentleman" ?
For those who don't know, when you earn an "officer" rank you are given a certificate that say the US Congress declares you to be an officer and a gentleman.
Those of us who actually worked for a living, NCOs, where fond of saying, tongue in cheek, "It didn't take an act of Congress to make us gentlemen."

For those who don't know, when you earn an "officer" rank you are given a certificate that say the US Congress declares you to be an officer and a gentleman.
My certificate from Congress when I was an officer in the Navy said nothing about being a gentleman. I did have to sign something for Congress stating I wasn't at Tailhook (which happened while I was Midshipman nonetheless) before I could get my commission so I guess that was it.

as for Muslims. I've met a pile of them through work (co-workers and muslim countries) and must say that most of those that I met in the US are good folk. having been to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Turkey, Libya, Syria, Kuwait and some other crap hole countries I will say that most of these countries may be allies, but not friends. when in S.A we were told that if we passed 30 meters away from the ship we would be shot (because we didn't want to pay $800 dollars for a shore pass). Kuwait they would put us in jail if we consumed alcohol (didn't stop us though). Bahrain has only one liquor store in the whole country.... that's CRAZY!!!!!!!

Who is going to sort them out, you? As Tom pointed out, the Ft. Hood TERRORIST was an educated medical professional, as well as a United States Army Officer. People on that base trusted him. Where did their trust get them? If you cannot trust a Muslim with those credentials, you cannot trust any of them....Period. Political correctness is totally stupid as it stands. If it risks getting you killed it goes beyond stupid, all the way to INSANE!
I am all for Jan Morgan, and what she stands for. She is a brave, beautiful woman with common sense, guts, and courage to look these people in the eye and stand up to their death threats. Muslims make me, and many other people feel uncomfortable in their presence. Their actions worldwide have caused this, not mine. Ask yourself why they have threatened her with death for simply quoting passages from the Koran / Quran on her media page? What are they so upset about? Do you see Christians threatening people who quote the Bible? Muslims are an insane breed. Their actions prove it.
Muslims need to clean up their act big time if they want any respect. As it stands now they are losing it everywhere, each and every day they allow radicals in their cult to run wild. There are no "good Muslims". They all believe in the same thing. Some just practice it in a stricter adherence to the Koran / Quran, than others who are more gutless. I have no use for any of them. You do what you want, just don't try to sell it to me. Flame away.

For that reason it's smarter, easier, and SAFER to just throw the whole batch out. It's the smart play to make when your messing around with something so potentially dangerous, that you simply cannot trust.
But if you feel your life is so worthless, go ahead and give them all a great big hug and tell them you're a devout Christian. I wish you luck.

Therefore, in order to protect their 1st amendment rights every practitioner of that socio/ political cult should be deported.

Have considered Tom's suggestion in detail well before today and have come to the same conclusions.
Can't just outlaw the religion as it will just move underground with virtually the same number of members.
Deportation of Muslims would work. Downside is that there should be some exceptions, but there is no practical way to determine what they are.
Another downside is, again, determining who the Muslims are. I guess a great majority will have that box checked on one record or another some place. Won't be 100%, but probably close.

Muslims are the only religion in modern times that beheads people who disagree with them. I would like to see them all deported before the US turns into a s**t hole like parts of England where Muslims have settled.

No exceptions the Constitution violates the rights of ALL Muslims therefore they should ALL go.
Another downside is, again, determining who the Muslims are.
Simple enough advertise bacon and leave the alcohol in KFC's hand wipes, the ones that complain are the Muslims.
You could also look for things like -prayer mats at work, taking Fridays off, and hating Jews.
That last would include all "liberals" but they're no loss either.

Tom I know you enjoy being obtuse but the Constitution isn't there to protect the popular or who you like. The government, and us folks, have limits on what they can do to the unpopular.

- That faith is not Islam. I'd much prefer the entire world to follow my faith rather than Islam or something else, but how that will be accomplished is as important as the task itself.
- ANY religion has a social/cultural element to it, but those elements vary widely. Radical Salafists like ISIL practice a very different type of Islam than, say, a shopkeeper in Morocco or stockbroker in Singapore.
- When I lived in South America, the Christians there were SHOCKED that in El Norté, I listened to punk rock and drank beer, because Evangelical Christians in South America just did not do that. Ever.
- I don't want to hand the .gov a club to be wielded against my enemies (real or perceived) that could also be turned against me. Ever.
- Consider the Kosovars in the former Yugoslavia. They are, by and large, Muslim, but they ADORE the United States because of the US's role in saving their collective a$$es during their civil war. Islam is a faith, radical Muslims have a culture.
- I'm completely, 100% in favor of separation of church and state. My background is Scots-Irish, so that means my family has been kicked out two perfectly good countries (three, if you count my dustups with the Mennonites in Saskatchewan...:D ) because we couldn't play nice with the state religion. Once we are OK with discriminating on the basis of faith, where do we stop?

Technically Kevin, there is no separation of Church and state delineated in the Constitution.
The 1st Amendment merely says that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"... It does not separate religion from government but merely restricts the government from deciding which religion was the law of the land.
I don't interpret that for more than what is says.

Back in the late 80's, the majority of the smaller grocers, and convenience store owners/proprietors were bought out by Arabs. It was done all over the country. Most of these stores are in 'the hood'. Briefcases of cash are a very persuasive argument to sell.
I dealt with these Arabs daily as I was a breadman. I sold bread.
Some of the Arabic I learned when serving in the middle east in the late 70's/early 80's came in pretty handy. I never let on that I knew any Arabic, and most of the time, the Arabs would only speak to each other in Arabic.
THEY HATE US! They send money back to the West Bank, Gaza, Hamas, The Muslim Brotherhood.
Them rag headed, rug kneeling, sand flea infested, camel jockey's only want to see us dead, and have themselves in control of this once great nation. Don't doubt me on this. I know of what I speak.

Islam is a theocracy, not a religion. Islam is the union of political, legal, and religious ideologies. In other words, law, religion and state are forged together to form what Muslims refer to as “The Nation of Islam.”
It is given the sovereign qualities of a nation with clerics in the governing body and Sharia law all in one. This is a Theocracy, not a religion.
The US Constitution does not protect a theocracy.
The 1st Amendment is very specific about protecting the rights of individuals from the government, as it concerns the practice of religions, not theocracies.
It clearly differentiates between government and religion. Again protecting the individual’s religious beliefs and practices from (the state) government.
In Islam, religion and state are one.
We are a Nation governed by laws, the U.S. Constitution. We are not a Nation that is governed by religion, politicians or clerics.
How then can Islam be protected by the U.S. Constitution?
