How the mechanism works externally.
-
Why ?
Is it a quick change barrel ?
That's the only way this makes sense.
It doesn't come through in the post.
-
Yup. Change barrels and bolt carrier group (9mm 7.62x39). Same upper.
-
Probably because I overlooked it, heck, I thought ALL AR's were multi caliber ;D
I didn't realize what was meant till I looked at your pictures.
"What are those clamp handles ? never seen that except on a AAAHHAAA! ;D
Do you find it busy ?
I've got a laser and red dot on top of my carbine, I don't notice the laser because it's below the line of the red dot, I've got BUIS on it but I can't see either of those. I mean They fall in that area, to far away for the reading glasses, to close for the seeing glasses. ;D

That's pretty cool but you're running out of real estate. ;) If you get another barrel the red dot will have to move up onto the handguard. Toting extra barrels still beats taking extra uppers to the range or wherever you want to take it.
