Has anyone noticed that Haz's pictures focus on one of three things:
1. Haz Jr cleaning cozmoline out of some relic;
2. Some cat with a hangover;
3. Guns on the floor?
Guns on the floor ... My wife was moaning this morning about having to pick up my clothes off the floor, can't imagine what she would do if I stored my guns there ... as a matter of fact I think her hunting gun is on the floor waiting cleaning and replacement in the rack ;D

We went from a high of 74 to a high of 25 in three days, Thursday night gave us six inches of heavy wet snow, last night gave us wind sticking everything to the roads (ground temp was still 50 when this started), and today the country roads are glare ice with the State highways not much better (slush rather than snow).
Talked to a friend that drives a county plow, he has his belly blade down so hard that he is losing traction on the steering axle, and he can't cut the ice (fully loaded, like today, these are 65k rigs).
If things don't change it will be a loooooooooong winter. The plus side is I have about forth bushels of corn in the garage and the stove lit right up. Should be Florida in here by supper time 8)

It gets into the sixties as a high (40s at night) and I'm cold!
It's 87 now with a nice breeze and low humity (46%) and very comfy here. Windows open time! ;D

But with FLA you also get hurricanes, late afternoon thunderstorms every day (at least on the Gulf coast where my Dad used to live in Hudson, about an hour north of Haz), and appalling humidity during the spring, summer and fall.
Right now I'd take the current temps there rather than here (colder than where M85 is), not to mention have a pool right out side the door like my Dad had. Very nice, going for a midnight swim at Christmas too.

No real story behind it.
As y'all know I am not a big .223 fan BUT i got a very good deal on it and it was an "off the books" transaction so I just couldn't pass it up.

My brother had a pornstar name but his gun didn't. When John bought a Hastings Wadlock barrel for his shotgun he got the name Johnny Wadlock. :)

I had it to tyhe range but Deepwater and HazJr shot it more than I. The couple of rounds I put through it seemed accurate but it was one of those days that I couldn't hit a barn from the inside. ;D

That reminds me of the red dot sight I got for mine a few weeks back. The dealer installed it, boresighted it and said it would be on paper. Yea, right. If the paper was the size of a barn! It wasn't on paper until I got to about 20 yards. Sheesh, I could do better without any sights, well, as far as you guys know. ::)
