Title: A QUESTION FOR THE FORUM
Post by: Michael Bane on May 07, 2020, 11:11:26 AM
As always, what would you guys like to see???

• More builds
• More field tests
• More hog hunting (okay, I just put that in there because I had my Africa trip cancelled)
• More industry analysis
• More humorous pieces (Chef Mike, the upcoming flail test)
• More comparisons
• Knives

TRIGGERED is turning into a real show, and I would be surprised to see if add a broadcast option in 2021. You have the input...I'm listening...

I'm always glad to see builds and tests, as well as SxS comparisons.

I've really been getting interested in the history of specific arms, like Mauser, and the engineering ideas behind different designs.
The Mauser, and Browning stories are especially interesting.
Ever wonder why Grampa's Winchester 1907/1910 semi auto had that dumb plunger instead of a bolt handle ?
I know why   ;D

More builds and reviews/info on new products would be my choice.

I like it all.

Take me Hog Hunting.   Got my proven .458 SOCOM but I'd really like to try my .44mag on a couple.

The FL dude place worked for Kevin and I, but I'd be open to going to E. Texas as well.

Can we set up a tallied vote here?

There are six (or seven?) areas...

If we could mark then  individually with a 1 if it was tops to the voter down to the least liked as a 6(or 7), that would show.

Or maybe reverse the number scheme so just adding the votes for a entry would be it's tally.

For some reason this old thread popped up on me with a couple of others the last week or so.  It just did it again along with Engravers, Ellifritz book (another oldie) and Triggered: Revolver Madness....some kinda bug.

Ddixie 884, field tests are good.  Welcome to the forum.  We are a mean bunch here.....don't wear your feelings on your sleeve just hammer away!

Wait!  What?  Bane does Poles?  Nah, I don't think I want to see it though.

I liked Poland a lot, maybe that's why I siaid I'd like to do a Pole. Probably have to wait until all the radioactive dust settles!

Sorry! I never edit...t.

Gun world is a strange and changing place these days. I saw one gun writer today talking about how the new Springfield Echelon was just "pure sexy." Compared to what? An artichoke?

Artichokes are pretty hot!  And they’ve got a lot of heart.  The Echelon?  Meh.

Who know what evil lurks in the hearts of artichokes?

The celery stalks at midnight.
