Title: Winchester model 70, need sights and what model??

I have a model 70, how do I find out how old it is and what model I have, Also I would like a set of sights for it. It is drilled and tapped with screws in place. My model 70 does not have a hinge plate. Thanks for all your help

Model 70 would be a Winchester I believe.  I'm sure if you google Winchester forum you'll find date of manufacture information out there somewhere.  The Blue Book of gun values will probably also have helpful information in it.

Winchester went through a lot of owners, and is still doing it, but somethings like sights stay the same, I assume you mean iron sights, but either way www.Brownells.com will have what your looking for, be it iron sights or scope mounts, www.midwayusa.com will probably have it too. If there are variations, they will tell you what to look for to get the correct application.
