I just returned from the wedding of a co-worker, trusted friend, fellow shooter, and all around great young guy (28). His name is Mark, the bride's name is Leah (26). They were high school sweethearts and we go to the range often. (she is a better shot than him, but I can't let Mark know that). ::)
Mark's father died a few months ago months ago of pancreatic cancer, he fought valiantly to be at the wedding, but God took him home early.
Moreover, with all the turmoil in the country, world, and many things NOT to be optimistic about, I just thought I'd pass a prayer request to the DRTV family for a young couple married today with a long future in front of them.
Thank you.

Best request I've heard in a while! ;D
Tell the happy couple they have friends.

As a parent of one newlywed couple and another preparing I understand the worries that face families. All new families are put on the list, and Mark and Leah will be there as well.

Mark and Leah, added and god bless their new union.

Praying for the best for them.

May god bless them and protect them.

My youngest has been married 8 months and I know the concerns of which you speak. He knows the plans He has for us all.

It hard starting out today so they need all the prayers they can get.
My son called on Thanksgiving said someone set fire to an apartment house he owns. Was on a hunting trip in Northern ME and gets a call at 1:30 AM from a tenant saying that it's burning.
Nice way to ruin a hunt. It put all his tenants out on the street.
They caught the guy but that doesn't make up for all the work he had put into the place.
