Well, maybe not stupid..... but they sure are not alert and engaged when out around town.
Its like they go into a stupor or a fog of some sort when they are shopping (Not to mention driving)... In the past two weeks I must have seen at least 4 women at stores walk away and turn their backs on their shopping cart leaving their wide open purses just sitting there. Several times I had to deliberately change direction and walk in another direction so I would not be suspiciously close to their purse. I swear my mother and my mother in law are probably the worst at this. They are the most absent minded people I know...... good grief..... maybe you should do a Best Defense series entirely devoted to women.

Averages about twice a week that some dumb ass (_?_) damn near kills me in a cross walk, they either don't stop for pedestrians 3/4 of the way across, Ignore pedestrian Walk lights or when the light turns they GO and if you happen to be in front of them TS.
It should be legal to shoot them, they DO fit all the criteria, intent, ability and opportunity.

Ok, Tuesday at 2:00 PM I leave to go shooting; at 5:30 PM this thread starts; returning home at 1:30 AM today I see that M'ette is back and ready to play; it is 3:15 PM of day two (less than 24 hours of thread) and it has reached three pages that I don't have time to read; but I have one question - Can we do a roll call of those still alive to use as evidence that it wasn't really M'ette commiting murders all over the country (and world in the case of Deepwater and Phil)?
I move that we ban ericire12 from the corner. The last thing we need is guys like this enjoying the "cave" and at the same time baiting us into danger like this. Reminds me of the two deer mounts over the fireplace talking about Tinks ::)

Actually.. as much as I hate to admit it...I have to agree with you.
You have no idea how many times I actually go up to women and point out to them that their purses are in the cart open, or that they have left their purse setting in their cart unattended.. I have also pointed out to the lame brain men who carry their checkbook /wallet in their back pocket with half of it sticking out.. credit cards somewhat exposed off the end etc..
Sometimes they act like I have invaded their privacy or something. In that case I just shrug and say.. " well just wanted to try to make you aware of what could happen"... and I walk off..
Or they leave the store yacking on their phone..totally unaware of anything in and around their surroundings. Then go unload groceries etc with all the doors open.. baby in the cart... still talking on their phone or still not paying any attention to anything..
I have seen both sexes texting or talking on their phone while driving..and following them is a frickin' treat! they slow down.. they speed up.. they weave to the center.. they slow down.. (http://www.gangsterbb.net/emoticons/cursing.gif)
I'm not totally innocent of the talking on the phone and driving..but I don't do it anymore than necessary. ( I scare the shit out of Marshal enough when I drive ..I don't have to do that too) LOL

Didn't you know that's what a 3/4 ton or larger pickup is for. To drive around to the right on a four lane or larger highway by the side of one of those people and drift into their lane.... ;) Just to be able to peer into their vehicle and make certain they are awake, of course...
Or maybe...since they are in the left lane pacing the slow guy (rightfully slow) in the right lane that the 3/4 ton pickup is to be used in the right lane adjacent to the telephone operator in the left lane to manuver alongside and slow or speed with the telephone operator to insure that they must take at least the next exit down from where they intended to exit??? ::) This one is especially fun and works great with cabbies in New Orleans who believe they must drive the same speed as the three lanes of idiots to the right from downtown on the interstate until they get to the airport exit...to wit they have been known to exit one further down a couple of miles at the Loyola exit or if they were observed being consumate jerks perhaps another 11 miles to LaPlace.
Naw I never have done any of this, really. 8)
And since we're talking about pet peaves....how about being in a line of vehicles for a mile or so and some dogooder in front of you lets somebody in who has only been waiting for a minute or so or let's in someone in a merging lane that should have merged a mile or so back who was counting on a chump to let them in...that's nice..let the new guy in and make the 500 or so vehicles behind them who have been patiently waiting their turn wait even longer ........AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Good grief, did you not realize you'd have to PAY for the shit you bought? Next time try this, Princess, while the checker is ringing your shit out start filling out the check. Fill out everything except the amount while you're waiting so you don't piss off the entire line of people behind you with your stupidity!!!

Normally I experience temporary deafness when THATquestion is raised. However, when I was in school, I shared a house with a lesbian couple that used to bicker constantly, primarily as an excuse for "making up" afterwards. My favorite comment, which I have never been brave (or stupid) enough to use was this. Question "Does this skirt make my butt look fat"? Answer "No all the Ben and Jerry's makes your butt look fat. The skirt just makes it look purple". I walked very quietly away to ROFL.

As much as I think this thread sucks because I'm on the wrong end of the gender spectrum here, I hesitate to add this.....
But it was hilarious, so Here I go........ I was driving back from Spokane this weekend in the rain. I was watching some pretty cool lightening going on. I'm looking down the road and I see this kinda flat, short looking vehicle coming my way. I'm wondering what the heck it is, but it was hard to tell in the nice weather. I watch it for a while, it was coming out of the lightening storm area and it looked weird..... It finally gets close enough so I could make it out......it was a Jaguar----CONVERTIBLE!!!!!----- And I am SO embarrassed to say, a woman was driving it.......Blonde she was, but female none the less. She was all California-fied with the top down, a scarf on and her shades on...........I couldn't tell if they had little wiper blades on 'em or not though ;D
Thats all I have on this thread......Anything else will only bring wrath my way :-X

A man was driving when a traffic camera flashed. He thought his picture was taken for exceeding the speed limit, even though he knew he was not speeding. Just to be sure, he went around the block and passed the same spot, driving even more slowly, but again the camera flashed. He thought this was quite funny, so he slowed down even further as he drove past the area, but the traffic camera flashed yet again. He tried a fourth time with the same result. The fifth time he was laughing when the camera flashed as he rolled past at a snail's pace.
Two weeks later, he got five traffic fine letters in the mail for driving without a seat belt

Well, maybe not stupid..... but they sure are not alert and engaged when out around town.
Its like they go into a stupor or a fog of some sort when they are shopping (Not to mention driving)... In the past two weeks I must have seen at least 4 women at stores walk away and turn their backs on their shopping cart leaving their wide open purses just sitting there. Several times I had to deliberately change direction and walk in another direction so I would not be suspiciously close to their purse. I swear my mother and my mother in law are probably the worst at this. They are the most absent minded people I know...... good grief..... maybe you should do a Best Defense series entirely devoted to women.

Yep, it happened again today..... Stupid F~~king B~~~h talking on her cell phone while backing out of a parking space at the local Mega Lo Mart......... God bless who ever thought it was a good idea to put a horn on a car. >:(

I hear ya.......... just this morning, on the way to the dentist, woman on a cell phone barely stopped short of pulling out of her driveway right in front of me and a truck coming from the opposite direction.
Pucker factor of about 7.5 since we were on wet roads.
It would have made a hell of a mess......and I had front row seats.

At least you had time to hit the horn. I didn't when I got T-boned by a woman backing out of a parking place - and I wasn't even moving (in drive-thru line at Subway). And she couldn't even use the cellphone excuse - she just did it without looking.

TWO today ! This morning I watched 2 women talking on cell phones BOTH, blow through stop signs and meet in the middle of the intersection. Then this afternoon as I crossed at the cross walk, WITH the pedestrian light ( Traffic lights red all 4 ways) woman almost hit me because she was making a right with out stopping or looking. (State law requires BOTH before turning left on red )

Turning LEFT on red? In FL I can turn RIGHT on red unless the intersection is marked "no turn on red". I can only turn LEFT on red if I am on a one way street and turn onto another one way street.

I got into a argument with a femal building inspector today...
She said my venting on a electric water heater was non existant and would not pass the inspection.
It does not need to be vented, it does not burn anything.
Lets just say I was a little mad by the time I got to the building departments office. ( just a little mad ;D )

Hate to say it, but I've run into MALE building inspectors that do stupid crap like that too. I think it has less to do with gender and more to do with small people who get a little bit of power and just can't help themselves from becoming stupid pricks.

Danica is starting on the 8th row this year. All but 2 cars behind her are faster because they qualified the next day. As usual it wasn't her fault, it was her crew for not setting the car up right for her. I hope she buys the wall in the first turn. Bill T.

Every time I see a woman on a cell driving erratically, I roll down the window and politely ask her if she could drive any better if I shove that phone up her rear-end!
