Ban all you want, but $10 at the local Home Depot or a little scrounging at construction sites and the American public won't be denied!

I'd love to see that on a rest, and what ranges he can get.  I'm thinking the range should be pretty good, because I've made rockets from two liter bottles 2/3 full of water and pumped to 100 psi, and they will fly over 100 feet up.

That's right....fight with what you got............. heck, you can make a .22 gun out of a 5/8" x 6" bolt with normal hand tools for close-up work.
