I think this bears repeating.......from another topic......just in case "somebody" didn't see it the first time

You are JUST the President.    You are not the dictator, the ruler, the savior or our master.   The people of this country didn't elect you to be our king, czar or our caretaker.   You have been granted the privilege for four year of being the chief representative of our country and the temporary leader of the executive branch of government.    You are allowed to put your stamp of approval on legislation, but it's not necessary....your approval isn't required.  You are suppose to see that those laws passed by the legislature are carried out, you are the commander-in-chief of the military and you are the country's public figurehead.   Period.   You don't make laws, you don't decide judicial questions, and in 4 years you are to move on.  Quite frankly, 100 years from now, the only footnote in the history books will be about your skin color not what you did or didn't accomplish.

Look at Clinton, nothing good came out of his administration. Wait there was that cutting our military and inteligence community to set our country up for Sep. 11th.
