"At least 25% of the population is expected to be homeless at the end of next year"!!!
We were sitting at the dinner table tonight and I happened to look at the bottle of Kroger brand apple juice... MADE IN CHINA! Apple juice! REALLY?!? Gee, wonder where all the jobs went?

This quote means you are partly to blame. I mean no offense from my statement, but I am pointing out the obvious which often offends.

Your right. But what choices are we left with? Drink creek water, eat nuts and berry's growing in the wild? I tried to buy an American made bicycle last year. After searching everywhere I could I was finally told. "We could custom build you one that's mostly American made, but you'll never find anything under $1500"... My point is that the American made products just aren't out there and available in a practical manner. What stunned me is that this has gotten as far as our not even being able to produce our own basic food supplies!!!

We buy only Martinelli's apple juice as it is one of the few here in CA that is made with US apples and not concentrate from China.
It's costs a little more, but well worth it.

Badger's I personally have gone to Wally's Mart and spent multiple hours versus minutes to look at the "made in" statement on package. Now stating that, the "Made in America" is usually the cheaper product. I was surprised, but it is true. Made in America is not the most costly choice every time. Now I have at times chose to spend more money to "BUY" American. But everyday buys do not have to be so. Not an opinion, rather a fact which I truly tried to disprove.

The Made in America tag is even starting to go away on ammo. Wolf, B&G and so many others are all foreign-made. Fortunately, Lake City still manufactures ammo here in the US as do Remington, Winchester and others. It's not too difficult to buy American, but the foreign stuff usually costs less.

I am just responding to the Economy is Recovering statement. It is Obama said so.
This guy came into my Work the other day and said Obama was the best president this country has ever had. This came from the same guy that yelled at me because I was running a vacuum and sucking up all the good air. His exact words were "do you have to run that thing so close to me, some of us are trying to breath to live."
Obama... that should just be 'nuff said

The economy will not recover until businesses have capital. Money needs to be released into the system so people can spend it. Thanks to Barry we are looking at a future filled with taxes. The money that has been spent in Washington insures that NO President in our life time will be able to do what Reagan did. If we don't get a miracle we are in for difficult times. I want to know what has been promised to the ChiComs as collateral. Was it our real estate?
