Congrats to all of the winners and wow...........I won a custom knife. I'm stunned and very appreciative.

I've always had a weakness for knives and what an awesome custom beauty. I would have never spent that much on a knife for myself, but I'm thrilled to have won it. It will be treasured because of the skill and artistry that went into making it, but even more so because it comes from DRTV!!!

Thanks so very much to Marshal and to DRTV.

Well Dang, looks liked I won one of the Chuck Shapel blades!!!!!!  Sure appreciate the folks that made this happen, and am very thankful that I won one of the knives. Congrats to the other winners too.

I'm a bit long in the tooth and I've never won a drawing before.  Figure if I was gonna win one this would be one I'd like to pull.  Sure is a fine way to start the new year!!!!!

I mentioned earlier I have received the FNAR from DRTV.  I have now purchased a scope and have gone to a range – albeit a 25-yard indoor range.  I shot off of sandbags.

The FNAR is a great rifle with very mild recoil.  Given that the range is so short I had great accuracy.  I can’t wait for the weather to warm up a bit so I can go outside.  I’m looking forward to doing some medium and long range shooting.  Perhaps I’ll even try F-Class Long Range Target Shooting.

I picked up a Pentax Gameseeker scope 2.5 to 10X variable power with a 56mm objective.  I’m using Burris Xtreme Tactical medium rings.

Once I got sighted in for 25-yards I shot 5-shot groups at the targets.

Thanks, again to DRTV and FNH-USA!

Send it to me, I'll sight it in at 100 yards because we keep the range open year 'round.  I'll send it back all broke in for ya, I PROMISE!
