Have to wait and see.  Quite often a remake doesn't do it for me!

At least maybe their ammo will actually penetrate something this time......instead of bouncing off and making sparks.

It was during the PC infiltration of TV, when one could fire 200rds into a crowd of BG's none were ever hit, and no one ever died.

It was OK back than, but for a sequel a generation later, I hope it's more realistic.\

But the van was always tacticool....

I watched about 15 minutes of one episode and changed the channel. It had 2 jeeps with 50 cals in them chasing that van down a dirt road. They were blazing away at the van and kept missing. I always liked George Peppard ( The Blue Max ) but this was rediculous!

But they always surrendered.

Every episode I ever saw  had the same shot of a  jeep flipping over at SOME point.

Everything you guys said is what made it super fun to watch!  :)

You've gotta see the humor in it!  I think that show drove the aftermarket for 10/22, and mini 14 parts to what it is today (yes, 10/22's were in a good many episodes).
