I discredit this only because the Poodle Shooter.

I think that has been posted before, but it has been a while.
Exit Question: Where is that Beretta .22 on the list
-
I think Eric and I will agree that the manliest firearm is a pink glock. It shows we're secure in our mascultinity, and will be able to drop 11 rounds into you if you laugh. ;D

No, please dont include me in your gay wet dream, Quaker. Loony liberal, shit for brains, and I guess we can now add gay to the list.

I think I posted this last year sometime. Interesting website, he's changed it slightly over the last two years.
Bobcat wasn't listed? or that French one with brass knuckles and dagger? ::)
Oh, that was the ugliest gun thread.

Point made Gentlemen. My (belated) New Years Resolution is to not let Eric get under my skin. A little light hearted needling, maybe, but always with a smiley and never a PG-13 word. You get to be ref Peg. Charge me for the 2x4 if you need it. ;D

however it looks like the list of what I am not allowed to own

I'd much rather shoot the barret then many of the ultra light weight sup 5 lb ubber magum rifles that are on the market today.
hell I'd rather get punched in shoulder, it would hurt less.

As many things as he says that make me WANT to punch him, this isn't one of them. :o
Lighter guns kick more, and NO ONE will EVER accuse the Barrett of being light.

I owned a beautiful little Bernadelli O/U in twenty gauge for 48 hours, and got rid of it for exactly that reason. It was a gorgeous gun, nice wood and a great balance. However, weighing about 5 ilbs, shooting six rounds of skeet could be considerd an interrogation technique at Gitmo. It was traded in (even money) on a 7 pound Webley and I was a much happier camper.
FQ13 who is not a wuss about recoil, but having a technicolor bruise after 150 rounds is not anyone's idea of fun

right after you shoot a sub 5lb rifle in something like 300 remington utlra mag.

Isn't the S&W .500 a manly man's gun?
-
Poorly made list.....no SAA's.....no Uzis....no BHP.....but the AR?......
Besides, everyone knows that REAL men shoot PPK's in .32ACP..... 8)

No Garand?

Good writing was the treat here. There were many references to the Vikings (pre Favre) and plenty of the dirty end of the stick to American liberals: "Swiss GIRLS are better men than most allegedly-male American liberals."
As for the "poodle shooter", there are a quite a few dead folks that would disagree...
-

I would say so. Ya know, as many years as the 500 S&W's been out, I STILL haven't had the chance to fire one! They should have put the Magnum Research BFR on that list too.
-
BFR - Big F***in' Revolver. ;) Yeah, that should be on there. And one of the Barrett .50 cals.

Probably because the "man" who made up the list is a closet Homosexual from Europe.

Kind of hard to carry though. ;D See, this is the point I was trying to make with Eric. There are two definitions of "manly" when it comes to guns. The "Paging Dr. Freud" specials like the .577 T-Rex or the .50 Barrets. And the little gun, well applied. I favor the latter. The Glock, the 1911, the Hi-power, the j-frame, and the usual suspects in battle rifles. I would also nominate the double barrel 12 gauge. Nothing fancy, it just works. All the time, every time, and it has since you had to stick a little rock to your hammer. ;D
