I'm ready to get a crimson trace grips for my Springfield Loaded 1911. I prefer Sherpa holsters because they are good for biking. My question is there going to be a problem with the laser being in the way of the holster on both the CQC and the Tact Thigh holster?

IIRC, the Serpa was designed so the CT grips would work with the holster.

Thanks. I guess when I get federal return back that's what I'll do with a portion of it.

I think Crimson Trace only works with a short ambi safety. Not sure if they will fit a springfield loaded model unless you change it. I could be mistaken.

Thanks for the warning. I think Ill take it in and ask if they will let me see if I can get them to work for me before I buy.

I looked on the website. I assume it is the same for all models, but not sure.
