Post by: Teresa Heilevang on February 17, 2010, 11:25:16 PM
This is one of the things everyone wants me to make when we have card parties..
They are delicious!

Sausage - Cheese Phyllo Wraps.

1 (12 ounce) package phyllo dough sheets
1 pound Sausage
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
Fresh chopped mushrooms
About 10 green onion chopped up ( with part of the green in it)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crumble sausage into medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain.
Spray mini muffin tins and insert phyllo dough wrappers to form a small cup.
Bake 5 minutes in preheated oven.
Bring them out and let wrappers cool.
Mix sausage, cheeses and sour cream stirring together.

Fill wrappers. Bake for 10 minutes until bubbly.

Or use 3 sheets phyllo cut in squares and sausage mixture in center with dough pulled up around sausage
( you can add anything  in these too.. that you want)
