My computer is having a weird problem...... Started a few days ago. There are two user accounts on the computer. Both are administrator accounts. On my account (Doesn't happen on the other account), When I click one of my icons (for a video game {Which were installed on THIS same user account.}, Firefox, Internet Explorer, windows sidebar......), whether a desktop shortcut or a start menu icon, it said "Cannot open file. you may not have permission to access it" (Something along those lines.) Now, when I click it, it gives me the options menu that says choose which program you want to use to open or search the net to find which one BLAH BLAH..... BUT, if I RIGHT CLICK the icon and click "Run as administrator" It runs as it's supposed to. Is there a way I can reset this to be the default action when I click, or what can I do to fix this?
@#$%^&! Technology!

The best way to fix this, is to create another user account, transfer over all your pics/ docs then delete that account.
It happens every once in awhile.
