??? I was saving up for a Ruger LCP with a Crimson Trace laser but I have decided to wait and see a Ruger SR9c. I like the idea of the more powerful and common 9mm cartridge with a few more rounds in the magazine, a front rail, and last but not least better sights (yup, I'm over 40). Is anybody carrying one besides our fearless leader Michael Bane? Is there a laser for it yet? Let me know what you have learned. Thanks

MB has one and he has just made it his CCW gun.

I shot one of the well used T&E guns at SHOT.
I can't say enough nice things about it. It is one of the few guns that actually made me consider giving up my 1911.
I have thick hands with short fingers and it fit very well. I was able to put about 400 rounds through a gun which had been running all day without a problem. I felt no real fatigue afterwards which sometimes happens (arthritis) with me when I shoot the smaller guns. The recoil was easily managed and was softer to me than other poly 9mm in the same size range. The trigger pull was smooth and easy to manage. I didn't really pay attention to the sights because on a such a small gun I would only be using the front anyways. Besides, with my eyes now that I'm getting old, I have to use a Big Dot if I ever want to have a chance at a fast sight picture.
I have one of my own now but have not had a chance to shoot it. I'm looking forward to being able to abuse it. If it is what I remember it will very soon be on the top of my polymer list.
With any gun you intend to carry into harms way, I respectfully recommend that you shoot one first.
Please let me know if I can answer any specific questions.
