The correct answer to their cleverly worded (Anti-gun) survey is NO. The right to defend ones self and property is a "natural" right of the human condition. The Second Amendment instructs the government not to mess with it. If you agree by answering "yes", that a law gives you the right to possess firearms, then you conversely agree that if the law is repealed, your right is gone. That it just my opinion. Mac.

Done, it is sad that there is even a question is this is an individual right, it is part of the Bill of Rights afterall.

Done! It's at 448000+ votes and 97% yes. This is a good start, but as many gun owners as we have in this country it could and should be an at least 40 million!!!!! That might even get Billaries attention.

Maybe they'll surprise us and actually report the truth about guns in America.  The numbers in this poll are hard to avoid.  At the very least, everyone who participates sees the truth.

John Stossel did a piece a while back on 10 myths in media, on gun control He showed how useless it was, including interviews with convicts who said that gun control laws made their "work" easier so there is always hope.
Good time to plug a book, "10 things you can't say in America" by Larry Elder. Gun control is just one of the topics he adresses.

I really like what Mack had to say, however I do think you may have over thought that otherwise simple question.

I will also be sending that through my up-line in the NRA...

All of the previous Posts are very good, and well thought out.  One thing comes to mind with this whole mess
has happened in DC.... Note!  They have a problem there!!   They should find a way to solve that Problem not
have it spill over on to the rest of the country.   The Problem there is Not the 2nd Amendment.  The Problem
is how the laws or the Lack of have been dealt with, If they dont have enough people to enforce the Laws
then they should find a way to solve it.  NOT pass the buck and say that the gun laws are at fault.

It is indeed sad that Sen.  Fred Thompson has had to step down, he would have made a Great President.
I agree with M. Bane, that he is really a Stand up guy.

United we Stand / Devided we fall!

WOW! Now we've got about 6 or 8 guys responding to Tom's rant. In about 10 or 12 years we might have a couple of thousand. Where is everybody?
