I didnt sleep well last night. This whole disregard for voters and Constitution is stuck in my craw. The thing that kept my mind going was concern over gun rights.
Obama, September 2009: Even if I want to take them away, I dont have the votes in Congress, he said. This cant be the reason not to vote for me. Can everyone hear me in the back? I see a couple of sportsmen back there. Im not going to take away your guns.
April 2009: Dianne Feinstein replies, "I agree with you." "So you are going to hold off?" asks Stahl. "That's correct. I'll pick the time and the place, no question about it," Feinstein tells Stahl.
April 2009: Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on April 7 acknowledged that gun registration is on her agenda, days after Attorney General Eric Holder told reporters in Mexico that the Second Amendment would not stand in the way of administration plans to crack down on alleged gun trafficking to Mexico.
Now that the democrats have steamrolled the Constitution Im really concerned that they will come after us!
Am I wrong to be concerned?

No, you are not wrong to worry.
But they will probably try to ram through an Amnesty for illegal aliens first so that the foriegn vote out numbers the real voters.

The news is 'climate change' is up next but I bet it will be immigration!

Gee Watchman ... Thanks for fueling my fears >:(
My post from another thread:
OK, yesterday is yesterday, we are all walking funny and don't know if the slimy feeling or the actual reaming feels worse, and we are full of outrage and threats. However, we need to put these emotions aside and move on!
Many believe that this vote will set the tone and change Washington D.C. come November. We can't get cocky and believe the work was done with their "suicide" last night. We need to work to make sure we find quality replacements, we need to help those replacements, and we need to focus on a broad message that does not become a single issue rant.
We need to work with our chosen replacements to find the best way to undo this travesty once we get these domestic terrorists out of office. We need to work on a plan that these people can work on that will undo years of abuses by those that were supposed to work in our best interest.
Lastly, we need to be ever vigilant for what this crew will do next! They know that they are on the verge of getting the boot. They can either start damage control, sell us snake oil and try to salvage their careers. Or, they can take the path I fear - They have nothing to lose, they have the votes, so lets hammer other Rights ... Look out Second Amendment! Which will it be? I don't know, but you know that it will either be a nice calm feel good summer of pointing out that this passed, taxes didn't go through the roof and we still have coverage and care ... Ooooooooooooooops ... this doesn't all hammer us for a couple years Or, we will see them playing the tough love parent and ramming crap down our throats day after day after day
I have noted another thing in recent years, and I'm not sure when it started, but it is very obvious these last several months. As a society, Sunday has become "just another day." We are seeing a disturbing pattern of major business being handled on Sundays in D.C. Major debates and major votes. What I have noticed is a shift from trying to get things wrapped up on Friday or Saturday so it is done before Sunday or shutting down on Saturday and coming back on Monday, to things like yesterday where this Sunday vote was announced early in the week. To me this is a combination of not only turning Sunday into just another day, but it is part of rushing things through and not giving time for representatives to take a breath and think about what they are about to do.

You are right to be afraid. I fear that, now that many of these individuals know that their days in Congress are numbered they'll go whole hog for all the liberal BS they can think of to ram through before they're tossed out on their collective ass.
Cap and trade, immigration, gun BANS, you name it, I can see them trying it before November.
I'll be back in a bit...............I gotta hit the rope store before they close.

I posted this on another thread, Read this edition of the American Rifleman. Article by Chris Cox, regarding Bloombergs 40 point initiative to BHO regarding gun control measures that don't require Congressional approval. Had to be pried out of the WH, with the Freedom Of Information Act.
It is ominous as well, with his approval rating getting lower, BHO becomes even more dangerous. I agree Immigration "Reform" aka total amnesty, and Crap & Trade, will be presented for ramming first. But Bloombergs provisions don't require Congressional approval.

They will leave the rightful occupants of this country only one option, the public option, voting from the rooftops.
Let's rock.

Write in Tom and TT in 2012,
I'm smart enough not to post ALL my good ideas on the web in advance.
The look of stunned surprise will be reward enough.
Especially when they realize it ISN'T some kind of hidden camera gag, it really IS a rope ;D
