Don't know about the IP addresses, but it all depends on how the site tracks the voting. If they just do it by cookies, just erase the cookies and vote again.

Hate to break the news to you, Rob, but the winner has already been decided. bho needed something to go on the mantel next to his Nobel Peace (?) Prize trophy, so this Telly will go to him as well. All of the Tellys in fact, except Oprah's will go to bho.
