I'm surprised Screamin' Howie hasn't come outt with a "clarification" by now.  He slipped and spoke the truth.

On the other hand, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Dean was the first Demo that I had considered voting for in a long time.  Why is it we have just been picking the lessor of evils lately?  Even this last election I wasn't really impressed with the McCain Palin ticket but it was a heck of a lot better than Obama biden side.

He is expressing the wishes and goal of many politicians. 

If you 'buy' enough votes, and if you 'follow the wishes' of these 'entitlement' minded voters, the Constitution is a non issue.
