 ???  Hopefully, within my imagination is the only place this genius's offspring will ever exist.  Darwinian theory may very well come into play here, as only someone of equal or greater stupidity would be willing to procreate with this person.  That, I hope, will be a challenge too great to overcome.   ::)

It's unzipped from the wrong end. I bet it's photoshop.

There are a few things worth noting here.  First, there is a current fad involving the "forking" of the tongue--stupid, but current.  Second, the zipper tab is at the wrong end.  Third, if you look closely, the brass zipper bits appear to be "painted" onto the tongue.

So, in my opinion, this is not a photoshop job, but a clever make-up job.
