Title: SC not looking good for Fred
Post by: clayflingythingy on January 14, 2008, 02:52:20 PM

Latest poll has Fred locked in a battle for third with Romney. Doesn't look like Romney will drop out and he may even win Mi giving him even more reason to stay in. I'm afraid another 3rd for Fred won't allow him to continue, especially if McCain wins SC.

Depends on the poll I guess. This one says tied for second...

If the GOP thinks I'm gona stop the reloading presses and interrupt my range time for a Mitt, John or Rudy they better start thinking real hard cause they will just give me the same thing an Obama or Hitlery will.

The only two worth a damn in this election are Hunter and Thompson with that Huckleberry guy running way back but way ahead of the first three.

If the GOP thinks they can win with a gun grabbing moderate liberal, they deserve to lose.

Enough said.....I gotta get back to more reloading.........

Well, I am headed to SC to see if I can help improve Fred's polling ;D  It may not help alot, but it will at least soothe my conscience if a RINO winds up the candidate, and I sit it out or vote 3rd party.  Anybody know any good restaurants in Greenville or Columbia?

Still no movement in the polls for Fred. Seems to be stuck in a battle for third.

Stick with Fred. Positive thinking never hurt anyone and it may do us all a lot of good. :)

Yeah I'm afraid the light has passed from Fred.  You never know, but I doubt it.

Based on the polls, I am POSITIVE Fred has not made a breakout in SC. Looks like Fred/Romney are POSITIVELY battling for 3rd. I am POSITIVE that if Fred comes in 3rd tomorrow it's all over for the Fred campaign.

Care to wager $20 on that?

I still say that I'll write in Fred's name if Gop runs with a gun grabbing moderate liberal and let the chips fall where they may......

Now that is the best damn idea I have heard yet. Let's get him on the ballot first, and if that fails, a nation-wide write-in program. Screw the media, we have the Internet.

I don't gamble. That's for fools to part soon with their money.

Don,

If Fred comes in 3rd where does he go afterwards? If he can't win in SC then he can't win anywhere.

Ole Fred is in 5th in Fl. And without a second or first in SC he just isn't going to get the boost he needs to propel him to win Fl or do well on Super Tuesday.

Fred has gone "all in" twice now and he came up short the first time and it appears he will come up short this time as well. The ballots will be cast tomorrow and we will know soon enuff. I wouldn't hold my breath or expect great things tomorrow tho.

Huckster may very well win this thing today. The ARG poll has been wacked out previously so I don't know how much credence to lend it but it IS showing a huge Fred surge. If McCain is fading and Huckster wins it is possible Fred could come in second. Again, tho, the ARG polls have been whacky so I guess we'll just have to wait until the ballots are counted.
