Today is my wifes birthday, I asked her what she wanted as her Bday meal, Chicken fried steak, and mashed potato's.
So here it is, the double battered chicken fried steak, using thin boneless Rib Eye.
Garlic cheese mash potato's, roasted garlic of course, with milk and butter, and mexican 4 cheese blend.
White gravy with chicken stock, milk, white and black pepper, using pan juices for added flavor.
Zucchini fries, baked at 500 degrees, zucchini with seeds and loose pulp removed, cut into french fry sizes, coat with alive oil, extra virgin preferred, mix dry herbs, ground cumin, oregano, red pepper etc.. and toss that with the zucc's bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Eat alone or with some tomato based sauce, like shrimp cocktail sauce.
Got my culinary juices going.

Dang Benny! Now that's a meal I'd pay big bucks for!! I'm drooling all over my keyboard! I hope she loved it.
