Title: Defensive knife, tactical flashlight and cane/stick techniques.
Post by: Boydscout1911 on April 22, 2010, 02:11:15 AM

I've been a fan of BDTV since the beginning. Great show with real world scenario's. Keep up the good work. However I live in a state that doses not allow canceled carry firearms (CA). I like the defensive knife, tactical flashlight and cane/stick techniques. I would like to see more.

Thanks for all you do,

Thank you for your feedback and the kind words. If we get a chance to do a season 3, count on seeing more knife, cane, and improvised weapons work!

Stay safe,

Mike

Is there such a thing as a defensive knife?

Of course--A knife used to defend yourself and your loved ones. Why would it be any different than a "defensive" handgun or "defensive" tactics?

Forget the semantics, the cliches, and the testosterone; this is "The Best Defense" forum and the basic context is personal defense. Regardless of the weapon you choose, learn to apply it effectively and only when justified to do so.

Stay safe,

Mike
