Like has been posted many times before, (Insert another Amendment) Freedom of Speech, Religion, Press, Privacy, due process,....It is, it just takes it time in these things. First you set the principle, then you let things fester at the state level for a bit and allow lower courts to make their own calls about what it means. Then you review these and make a general rule. Thus it has ever been. Frustrating, but it makes sense in terms of not racing to judgement about specifics until you see some facts on the ground. The Court wants facts, not theoreticals to rule on. To quote Robert Frost: "The wheels of God grind exceeding slow, but they grind exceeding fine". The same is true of SCOTUS.
and insert it into the BS that is the "game" in DC.
Oh the reaction it would get....
Too bad the SCOTUS, cannot, or will not, come out and make a ruling that reinforces what the simple 2nd Amendment States.
with an addendum to cities or districts that impede or make otherwise, an excessive expense of time and money to get said firearms, is also UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!
Seems SCOTUS isn't the law of the land it used to be,... :-[
