She was by far the toughest women I've ever met.
born in 1917, came to CA with a 1 year old and her husband from kansas on a harely with a side car. Opened a burger stand, which is still open and on its 4th or 5th owner. in 2006 some yotes got took her dog, she chased them down with a broom and got him back. Last year she broke her hip, had a replacment and was up and walking around a gun show with us a month latter. That was the last time I spoke with her =( This year would have been thier 75th wedding anniversary.
