Nothing says "I love you, Mom" like having the authorities dispose of the evidence for me.   ???

I've often wondered if its legal to show for these things and offer 25% more than the cops, in cash, not gift certificates. You might score a nice antique, or your very own souvenier "crime gun". ;D
FQ13 who won't ask any questions either. ;)

Yes, lets form a Sub chapter S, not for profit corporation, call it SYFI, Scrap Your Firearms Inc. 25 dollars a pound, or possibly per firearm, held the 1st Saturday of everymonth. Since We are non profit, board members will be paid in scrap firearms, disposal method is shooting them to death. ;)

Me, too.    I could use them as brass unloaders, cause I need more brass to reload.

But we don't need no stinkin' badges

Next step is to expand our service into Ammunition Decommissioning.

The De-commissioners would be an expense.

Oooh Oooh

AND we could perhaps train others with these valuable job skills thereby earning us a 501(c)3 status so donations would be tax deductible.

AND since we're involved in recycling we could claim to be a GREEN company

Still don't need no stinkin' badges.
More cowbell maybe, though.

If you had some one like MB write this up using all the "Buzzwords" and catch phrases that Govt employee's love so much it would probably work.
And wouldn't the Administration have a fit when they realized how you pulled their beards  ;D

We will need a large facility with at least a 1000 yard demolition field and several smaller fields as well.

We will need an R&D section to analyze the newest Ammunition Decommissioning equipment and leading edge measurement and other tools to analyze our effectiveness.

We should consider vehicles for field operatives who will need to collect objects from our clients.
