Just watched last nights CSI online and one of the major premises of the episode was targeting gun owners by focusing on a lavish, fanatical gun shop where Class III weapons were the villain then the CSIs head to a Nevada version of Knob Creek to villainize "evil" machine guns and how anybody can have one. Go figure, I bet Katie over at CBS news couldn't help herself from attacking gun ownership.

Why would you attack your fan base? Danged idiots >:(

That show's still on the air? I stopped watching it after Grissom left.

Still on?There's like 14 of them, just like Law and Order. I've never cared much for either, particularly CSI, so me boycotting would be redundent.
FQ13 wo wonders how these people get dates.
"So what do you do?"
"Oh, I'm a forsenic entymologist, I examine the rate of maggot growth in rotting corpses".
"Gee, thats nice, Hey, look over there". Sound of scurrying feet. ;D

Yeah, I watched that episode last night. The CSI's were sure acting tough and important. Arrogant.
I've noticed anti gun views on a view shows on that network. Mentalist is usually a fun show but they had an anti moment on there that pissed me off. They were banging on guns throughout the show then at the end they looked at each other and said want to go the range and shoot something? Like it was only good for govt agents to have fun with guns.

There have only been 2 crimes commited with legally owned machine guns. the 1st was a doc that killed his wife, the second was a COP that killed his wife.

Never watched the show. Saw my first one two weeks ago while staying at a buddy's house and the acting was horrid. So no CSI shows will ever dirty my TiVo. (Shows on Discovery channel are bad enough with their global warming, hunting, human encroachment, etc. mentioned on almost all their programs.)

With a select fire M4 he stole from the PD lock up, no less.

If the Cop stole the M4 then he didn't legally own it, that means only ONE crime.

no back in the 80s he did it with his legal full auto sub machine gun, he tried to make it look like a gang hit.
Something else I'd like to point out, the NRA lobbyed for the hughes amendment...Just something to think about.

TAB, can you point me to references showing that that is the case?
I've only found references that contradict it.
