Interesting knife demo on "The Best Defense" tonight. Can You recommend a DVD that gets more in depth instruction and demonstration.

Also seek out and build a library of Mike's articles from SWAT magazine, Tactical Knives and anywhere else you might find his material.  That and his DVDs will provide a good perspective on a simple and practical system.
