What are you thanking Haz for - he referred you to a spell checker, not a grammar checker. Grammar checkers are complex, usually embedded in your word processor along with the gazillions of rules that can be applied.

at least Hazcat tried so I can pass it on to my neighbor who is a legal immigrant
-
I used "IESpellcheck" before I switched to Firefox and it worked well for spelling most words, however I think some one relatively new to English is out of luck with an assistant in proper word usage.

Some time ago, grammar was something that all kids that graduated from a decent high school could manage.
Now? Not so much.....as Path said, grammar checkers are pretty difficult to manage and I've never heard of one that could be used reliably in a format such as we use here.
Simple corrections like using an "a" instead of an "an" can be problematic.
Nothing is better than good education and a decent typing course these days. Who'd have thunk one semester of typing (taken simply to meet girls), would have come in so handy in my daily life.
:D

Both my Grammars have passed on, I don't need to check them anymore.
-
If you have a long, drawn out paragraph and want to check it, copy and paste it into MS Word 2007 and it will do a decent job with the grammar check.
And ya hafta wipe the brains AFTER you reach for the strikin' paper......... ;D ;) ;D ;D ;D
-
Send it to me first! ;)

Also grammar checker I want.

You can try Grammarly or ProwiritngAid. You might find this guide helpful. It covers pretty much every tool out there: https://www.proficientblogging.com/grammar-and-punctuation-checker-tools/
