Not so sure about Brown winning. He's a career pol and he brings out strong "anti" feelings because of that. And, Meg has plenty of dough to spread her message. Brown's history as a two term gov was not a good history. His old man was a PITA, too and we were glad to get him gone (I lived in Ca in those days--just visiting now).
As for Boxer, well, one can still hope until the final ballot is cast and counted.

Meg's money won this primary. And the willingness to say what state conservatives wanted to hear. The other thing that was in her favor was Poizner is an "incumbent" of sorts as the current state insurance commisioner...he has been tainted by Arnie.
Her recent commercials came out with her rabidly anti illegal immigration. Like Obummer, that issue will get pushed aside so she can "fix the ecomomy". That is funny right there since illegal immigration is tied to the economy.
She may win but I doubt it. She is no friend of gun rights while moonbeam is (allegedly) so moonbeam may suck some of our central valley red staters his way on the gun vote.
De Vore would have beat Boxer. Too bad he was too conservative and a veteran...which I think hurt him with the asshat moderate in this state. Carly Fiorina has skeletons that I think will be outed by Boxer's team. Plus an endorsement by Palin won't play to well here. But, since the goal is to get rid of Boxer we have to rally the vote behind Fiorina and hope for the best.
Locally in the 6th district we put up Jim Judd to beat Woolsey. He is a solid constitional conservative tea party movement member. In a district that is 2-1 against he will have an uphill battle but we are really sick of Woolsey here so I think he stands a chance.

One has to ask who in their right mind would want to be governor of Caifornia now? Gee, I'd like to inheiret a bankrupt state, a broken education system, entrenched unions, a masive illegal immigration problem and have a budget of about a $1.50 to fix it with. You have to be as crazy as Jerry Brown to want the job.

which will me, a good number of the conservatives will just not vote= moon beam wins.
hell the lady admited she hadn't voted in decades, that alone makes me not want to vote for her.
