Title: Gorman/Palin 2012?
Post by: ericire12 on June 29, 2010, 10:19:51 PM
Cant complain about booger hook/bang switch proximity on this one. I bet she is a Republican ;)

*I hope they can find a sex tape!  :o

**I think I just had a misfire… in my pants.

***I bet she gets really low ratings from the Brady Bunch

****I would like to have sex with that woman!

Shes got the looks and the guns and doesn't like taxes, but what else? I still think Peterson had the better vibe. Kind of the scary version of Fred Thompson, Serious, informative and evocative. ;D I liked it. This one, well, she burns a lot of ammo, but if I were her manager, I'd have had less gun play, and more of her pulling the hearing pro off her head, looking into the camera and talking. Lose the infomercial voice over, I was half expecting a pitch for the shamwalla. Close, but the only thing I know about her is that she and BillT probably belong to the same gun club and I shouldn't piss her off. ;D

True, but compare her to Peterson, particularly the second add. The question isn't who you'd like to spend Friday night with, its who you trust to watch your six. No disrespect to her, its just her idiot campaign manager didn't allow her to talk. Always a mistake. Say your piece and let the voters decide. There are too many millions, too many 6 year olds with camera cell phones, its all on public record. Screw artifice, just speak your piece. Peterson did, she should learn from it.

To review (would you have voted against this guy?).   http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/06/17/dale-peterson-cuts-the-be_n_615907.html

Eric posted it off his site but the link was dead. Huffington was all I could find. Don't associate me with that crazy woman.

Again, credit where its due, she does like like throwing a brick through the window of a yuppie restaraunt just to watch them scurry. For that I respect her.Because after all, it is the job of citizens to keep the pols always on the defensive. When they take their position for granted? That's when the problems start.

I like what I know and see of Gorman too.

But, like FQ, I'd like to here more of what she  has to say rather than what that announcer has to say.

Its just one ad, people. Its not her whole campaign and I think its a brilliant way to get name recognition and to get people excited and wanting to find out more.

*She is in a battle with 6 people for the nomination

I only made it about halfway through the speech. However, she seems reasonable thoughtful and well informed. If we could get to within spitting distance of each other on social issues (gay rights, censorship, abortion, drug policy), I would vote for her based on what I heard.

Nice, well said, and I too want to do more research, but I did like what I heard, and of course, what I saw, she also was asking the right questions, yet to be answered. Very interesting.
