Looks like their first (and it will be their first) attempt at gun control revisions:
Chicago’s Proposed New Gun Ordinance: Only 1 handgun allowed , Gun Registry, Ban on Gun Stores
Keep tilting at windmills. And:
She said that limiting Chicago residents to one handgun would pass constitutional muster. Nowhere has the court determined that “a person is entitled to more than one handgun,” she said. “And one handgun is sufficient for self defense.”

I bet it doesn't say that politicians are allowed to server more than one term either.
So why are all these politicians still around?

More money for lawyers. It would be amusing if it weren't at tax payer expense. Even if I didn't give a rat's rump about guns, if I lived in Chicago, I would have one question. You are spending millions of my hard earned tax dollars in a futile effort to deny me my rights, why? >:(

It was ‘Keep and Bear Arms’ as in plural. Why should they tell anyone how many guns they can own? Its my money my right to buy as many legal firearms as I want. Cars kill more people everyday, yet they dont restict how many cars you can buy.
