Title: got a call from a title company today

they paid off a lien i had on a property so the house could be sold.


a little over 19k... gun store here i come, porn will be provided in 11 days    ;D  damn waiting period.   >:(

Congrats on the pay off!  In a situation like this do you get cost of collection and "late payment penalties*?" 

*  In Minnesota many businesses can't call their late charges "interest," so we call them "unintended late payment penalties."

3812.73 in fees/intrest/court costs.   ;D
