I have heard multiple rumors of Glock discontinuing all OD pistols. Does anybody credible know about this either way?
Thanks,
Patrick

Speaking from a purely selfish stand point I hope so. Maybe I can trade mine for a black one with a laser in a couple of years. ;D
FQ13 who might not only own a good pistol, but maybe a collectors item. LNIB with box and papers, let the bidding commence, most outrageously high price wins. And never forget that the black is just black. The OD is TACTICAL.. ;D ;D

Glock has just announced they will no longer be producing their line of OD Green guns.
*I like the OD Glocks on the compact and full size models, but I think it looks a little strange on the sub-compacts

Agreed. My 26 is OD because thats what they had. If I wasn't doing a trade, I'd have ordered one in black.

I know I'm a bear with a rather slow brain..................
Since I just bought two identical guns, one in 9mm and one in .40, I opted for one to be OD and the other black so it was obvious to me which was which. I have also color coded the magazines this weekend to match. (Well, not the whole magazine, but the bottom of the base plate.) That way, just as the RO says, "STAND BY" and I look down and the mags don't match, I can gracefully exit before trying to fire a 9mm in a .40.
