I just found out that each year my state law enforcement division publishes the name/address of anyone who has had their Concealed Weapons Permit application denied.
-
where and to whom?
-
To what end would this stand to serve?
Other than to give private personal information to local LEOs so that they can unscrupulously dig around and then carry out their own search and seizures.

Let dealers no who might be "questionable" ?
-
Shouldn't the NICS take care of that?
-
…to let burglars know who will probably be arriving home unarmed.
-
or let other agencys know that they were denied. I'm pretty sure thats a common question on all apps. makes it easier to catch some one lieing on the app.
PS my shift keys work now, thanks alot microshaft for me needing to do a f disk to fix it.
