I like the way this guy puts things into perspective.

Damn! Even by my standards thats hard core. We're moving into Tom territory. I like it! Now all he needs is sponsorship by NOW, Jack Daniels and the Pork Farmers association and he'll have covered all bases. Fatwa this, bitch! ;D

I love this stuff! (my only regret is that it's on a FORD!)
As a line tech that worked in GM dealerships for 9yrs, I wish Dodge would have been first! LMFAO!

I find it odd that you are so supportive of this, after the ration of $hit you gave me over this. Could it be that you are starting to see things my way???? ;D

Step away from the Hazarita bullet. ;D

The proposal to have a gay bar built right next door to an adjoining bldg, also sounds great. As Islam is such a tolerant and accepting religion and all....
Love the truck.
Is that tt's? ::)
-
They wouldn't post that near ground zero.....might offend members of the new mosque!
JMHOFWIW

A Gay bar would be both offensive and inappropriate. What you want is a lesbian bar. Specifically a leather lesbian bar with "bull dykes" (and I use that term the same way they do, no slur intended) leading fems around on leashes outside. Throw in a pork rind and beer truck and a right wing nut job street preacher (preferably female and newly converted from Islam) and add a titty bar (excuse me, "gentleman's club" named the "Seventy Virgins"? There's your neighborhood improvement program. ;D
FQ13 Insensitive? Me? No, I know exactly what I'm saying. ;D

A Ribs place across the street and street vendors selling pulled pork sandwiches and a boutique specializing in pig skin clothing and a 24hr breakfast bar on the corner putting the smell of bacon cooking in the air all day.
Would be a shame of the local rowdies were to hit the place with water balloons filled with pig blood...but anything might happen in NY...
-
What would be more interesting is if the truck had a picture of Tower 7 imploding and asking why it imploded when it was not hit by the two planes...... :'( :'(

Step away from the Hazarita bullet. ;D
I think he should stay exactly where he is, or move to the right ;D

Steal all the construction material. ;D

lets just say for a second I was running that job... every day I'd have some type of pork product on that job... I'd so be hiring out those guys that cook a entire pig in a trailer...

Anybody notice the stars and bars flag screen in the back window of the truck. Surely the the owner is racist.

Heritage not hate. And I'll actually belive that if he's from the South. Stars and Bars with a Georgia plate, I've got no problems. Stars and Bars on one from Indiana? I'm looking at you funny.

I think Rodney Carrington should be the first one to perform at the grand opening! :-)

Sorry, guys, but you evidently do not know your flags. That is NOT the Stars and Bars.
What you see is the Confederate Battle flag based on St Andrew's cross
(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/2a/Battle_flag_of_the_US_Confederacy.svg/200px-Battle_flag_of_the_US_Confederacy.svg.png)
The Stars and Bars was the first official Confederate flag and was based on the US flag and looks thus.
It came in several variations including 9, 11 and 13 stars.
The Battle flag was adopted after 1st Manasses because of the possible confusion on the battle field between the Stars and Bars and the Stars and Stripes.
CURRENTLY the Georgia is based on the Stars and Bars......not the Battle flag.

From 1956 till 2001 Georgia did use the Battle Flag as pictured below.
(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/84/Flag_of_the_State_of_Georgia_%281956-2001%29.svg/150px-Flag_of_the_State_of_Georgia_%281956-2001%29.svg.png)
We won't talk about the twilight zone from 2001 to 2003

Interesting that all the acts suggested to foul the building and running of a Mosque would also work for a Synagogue.
Both worship the God of Abraham, as do other religions.
-
Alf, thanks for the correction and information. I used the term stars and bars as that is what I have heard the confederate flag referred to and I was too lazy to type confederate.
Before any one gets on my comment that "surely the owner is racist" I was just trying to be sarcastic. I would be certain though that there are people out there that would see the confederate flag rear window screen and the 9-11 tailgate scene and label the owner as racist.

+1 Alf.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flags_of_the_Confederate_States_of_America
And for Pete's sake Alf, don't tell too many folks that the current Ga flag resembles another flag of the Confederacy .......or Georgia will have another long, drawn out affair to change it too.
;)

So it seems the "Stainless Banner" became the 2nd Naval Ensign.
It is always good to point out that the "Battle Flag" did not represent a slave based economy, it represents an Army that fought like hell with nothing but guts and brilliant leadership.

What happens if some illegal imigrants build it but not up to code and it falls in on them during worship. Is that called what they call poetic justice.

My front license plate looks like this:
I put it on there not so much as 'southern thang' but more as a sort of 'protest' to the elected officials who changed the state flag, with total disregard for the will of the people, and more for PC catering.

Both worship the God of Abraham, as do other religions.
3 Religions are considered "People of the Book" and trace their beliefs back to "The God of Abraham"
Jew, Christian, and Muslim.
The only one where it serves as more than a "Back story" is Judaism.
It is relatively irrelevant to Christian and Muslim, since their actual practices are laid out in the "second volume" (Bible for us, Koran for them ) and have no connection with the Old Testament.

What would happen if you filled a hollow point with pork fat and shot a muslim? ;D

Has been done.
Don't remember the details, but after capturing a group of Muslim terrorists in the Philippines (maybe) the leader of the US Forces, Teddy Roosevelt (maybe) had them face the firing squad armed with bullets dipped in pig fat.
All of the terrorists were shot save 1 who was released to let other know the fate that awaited them.
Terrorism in the area vanished for many years.
The story was posted here, so I'm sure someone will be able to recall the thread. I was not able to find it in a search.

It was Black Jack Pershing following the Spanish American War during the Moro Uprising (1899-1913). He threatened to bury muslim insurgents with pigs. It was a bluff. The Brits actually did it during the Second Afghan War (1878-1880), or least thats the rumor. Facts are thin on this one, but it probably inspired Pershing.
FQ13 who will switch off the history geek mode now, sorry, but these "little wars" are a pretty facinating and forgotten piece of history.

Thanks, FQ.
Here is a link to Snopes take on this story. Undetermined. It is a long and interesting article about Pershing's dealings with the Moros and the viability of this tactic in general.

Agree completely ;D
One of the causes of the Sepoy Mutiny of 1858 ish (remember hearing about "The black hole of Calcutta" ? )
Was a rumor circulated among Muslim troops (Sepoy's ) that the new bullets being issued were lubed with Pig fat. They were not, they were actually lubed with Mutton tallow, which PO'd the Hindu's and Buddhists, and was not believed by Muslims.
