That was excellent. It seems like people who carry revolvers are neglected a lot when it comes to training and tactics.

If my revolver is locked up and I have a back up gun, I won't be wasting time trying any of these procedures in a critical situation. I'll be going  straight to the back up.

+1. Fix the revolvers problem later. Grab the second gun first so you live long enough to do it.

The article advocates a back-up...........Of course, it never hurts to run through a few drills that might cover a 'worst case scenario'...just in case.
