Hey Micheal, do you take requests for music selections on the podcasts? Some of those cover songs you always come up with are always my favorite. Maybe you can up with an episode where you play the worst or most obscure covers ever? ;D

don't encourage him..... ;D

I'd just appreciate it if he'd play some more upbeat stuff....I can't listen to the last couple of podcasts while driving without trying to aim my truck toward large bodies of water....
...let's get back to the good stuff like "Frying Bacon In the Nude" and "Honkey-Tonk Maniac from Mars"..... ;D

For more upbeat stuff, let me offer up a singer by the name of Adrian. One name, working cowgirl, great voice, huge raw talent.

1st CD demonstrates that raw talent, incredible vocal range, and sings about things that are close to me - Drifting Vaquero, Elko, and especially Will James Days. Her 2nd CD was produced by the singer/songwriter Tom Russell, and he worked to channel her talent, diminishing the impact somewhat, but also producing some excellent tunes - Damn Rodeo Men, Red Dirt Girl and Farewell Angelina.
She's be a good tie-in for CAS-related podcast or just to get things rolling.
