Politics aside it looks like a kick ass shoot'em up ;D
I'm glad to see that guy get a leading role though, he's been an "also starring" for years.

Our good ol' rehab renewal project Lindsey Lohan is in this movie..Filmed prior to her lame two weeks in "prison",... ;)
Looks like a great shoot em' up,...in the tradition of the Grindhouse. Zombieland,...etc,..
Usually my surround sound, with movies like this, is better than an alarm system... ::)

Anyone else see the irony - at the end of the trailer - when the deep-voiced movie announcer utters the word "Machete", the picture is of Danny Trejo on a motorcycle firing a mini-gun?
Anyone? ? ? ?
And I see Jessica Alba is working her way to yet another Oscar award wearing her trademark tight clothes. Wait, she never had an award or nomination. Maybe she should pull a Halle Berry and show her boobs for real and then simulate a rape, then she'd win an Oscar?
Alba zipped past "annoying" and is hovering around "irrelevant" at this point.

Pure BS and going to stir up the punks :-X ???

On one hand the shoot em up action looks exciting, but I fear I would just get so worked up over the political message that I wouldn't sleep for a week :'(

Went to see The Expendables last night, and they had a poster for Machete hanging on the wall. I have a feeling this one will be out on DVD by Halloween. ::)
On a lighter note, The Expendables was awesome. Some of the action was almost a little too fast to catch, but then again it's Jet Li. One good thing about it, As far as the weapons portions went, I thought everything was pretty accurate. I didn't see anything that was really hollywoodized. Some good laughs too. Good movie to go to with the pals.

Hey, I thought that Bobby De Niro aka Neil McCauley, shot this guy in the face in "Heat"? Oh, never mind it was just another movie. Also, has Don Johnson been out of movies so long that they have to "Introduce..him?

It's got Segall, Alba,((drool)),...DeNiro, I'll wait for DVD release, I'm sure by Christmas,...That way my wife will have an excuse to have a "Girls Night Out", and I can piss off the neighbors via Blu-Ray, and big speakers... 8)
