Obama Conceded "he hasn't been able to create a greater spirit of cooperation in Washington but said that was partly because of the tough economic circumstances and partly because of the Republicans' attitude, and he said, "I'm as frustrated as anybody by it."
More of the Same old Blame the other guy's game from The Whiner in Chief.   :'(
After the Republicans resume control of the House and Senate in November let's see how much Bi-Partisan Cooperation the Dem's give us then.
